    One receipt of any food delivery it is important that the food is checked,and if food is fresh or frozen temperatures check to ensure they are not too hot,or thawed.the vehicle ( if carrying fresh products or meat products) should be refrigerated the temperature on the van should also be checked

    any food brought from other countries should be check by agents. understand the different between inspection and food grading. food could be a good grade however suppliers could handle food witch could contaminate
