    The online add must "grab" the potential customer. People who are online look at adds with just a glance, and at first if there's no interest there, they're gone in a second. A snappy picture and comment to go with it, and if it's interesting they may go to the Landing Page. Now you've got the job of giving the potential customer something of value. At that point it's better to move on but you must evoke interest. The what part of the equation has to get them thinking. A good way to think about this is to ask yourself what the customer needs, and what they might be obsessive about. Yes, I said "Obsessive" . Realize that the customer has a problem or challenge and that needs a solution. You, the online business person, needs to have that solution. Example: My television is old and out of date and we want a new one. What should be get, what extras do we want, how big will it be, who's going to watch it, etc. GIve them answers, and lead them to the answers with the landing site, and the extremely informative web site you've developed. I love this course because it gets me thinking.
