The voice is not clear

I am also having a problem with after completing a module, I am not getting green, it still remains red. Great course to take, great choice for students, however, the video quality is poor. I can barely see anything, except for the voice. Thanks, other than that, great courses plus free for all to learn, thats a blessing.

why are some of the titles like Work more easily not turning green after I have done them?
