    When documentation of a system is prepared, its made for all user levels (Novice, intermediate and expert). It is saved there on paper-based User-manuals, Electronic documentation (Online) or on CD-ROM's. Those users interact with the system, everyone for his own job or interest, and might look for that type of documentation according to their level of knowledge when they need assistance to do their work, or have some doubt using the system in question. Teresa's example is a good case. Thanks Teresa. System documentation applies for all fields of work. Imagine a building with no As-built drawings, that include structural details, electrical system details, telephone and fire-alarm riser diagrams. Management and maintenance staff are in real trouble in case of any problem.
