    Changes in legislation affects every organizations human resource department as well as the entire working population. It is the sole responsibility of the HR department to make sure that, the organization comply with all laid down legislation governing businesses in a country in which they found them self in. Thus to implement policies that falls in line and according to the legislation and also ensure that employers, employees and the organization follow the laid down legislation.

    The scariest part of HR is knowing the legislation needed to comply with workforce satisfaction. HR personnel are constantly keeping abreast of changes from the government, market trends, etc. Ensuring that no legal cases are brought against the company and that strikes and slow downs are avoided. I suppose that is all apart of the job

    As time and seasons changes, legislation on employees by the government are bound to change. The HR department must make sure that these changes are captured and implemented in its corporate governance.

    The HR department should be full equiped and have experience to comply the law at the work place regarding Labour Law as well othe legislation as such country as well as international law abreast to comply with full devotion. The HR department must provide minimum to the extent of the company policies as well as other labour related laws which help the work force their duties and right and responsibilites as a corporate citizen.
