The reason being we do not a lot of words and we don't want to know about those words of language. The same things happens with the other language.

Because we use alot of text speck and abbrieviate words were possible so pronociation become a problem. We will see a future world where people are no longer able to spell yet alone speak and write the language as we know it now.

In my opinion, Language is contemporary. Words are parts of languages we use to communicate our thoughts. However, because of their impermanent, we lost some of the words that people used to use. On the other hands, we also form other means in our communication e.g. emoji, abbreviations, etc.

I mainly think its is because people are not reading, i have friends from different countries around the world and we always talk about this subject, every day young adults and teens have less word to express themeselves. Also social media has definetly influenced in the lack of vocabulary in the youth.
