How do I unzip a zipped file?

Unzipping a file is a simple process that grants access to its contents; however, the steps may vary depending on your device. Here's a simple guide to help you unzip a zipped file:

    For Windows Users:

Step 1: Locate the Zipped File

Begin by finding the zipped file on your computer. It typically has a ".zip" extension and is represented by a zipper icon.

Step 2: Do one of the following:

To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All..., and then follow the instructions.

Refer to Microsoft FAQs for more details.

    For iOS Users:

Step 1: Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file or archive you want to uncompress.

Step 2: Tap the ZIP file or archive.

Step 3: A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename.

For additional information, consult Apple FAQs.

These steps provide a basic overview, and it's recommended to refer to the FAQs of your respective operating system for detailed guidance based on your specific device and version.
