How do I change the name on my Certificate?
The name on the certificate will be printed exactly as it appears in your Alison account. Please ensure the name on the account is the name that you wish to have on your certificate.
If you would like to change the name that appears on your certificate, please do so before you place your order.
You can edit the name to appear on your certificate or diploma in the shopping cart:
• On the main page of the Shop you will be presented with a screen showing a preview of your certificate. Select Edit Name, as shown in the screenshot below:
Update the First Name and Last Name you wish to appear on your Certificate or Diploma and select Update name, as shown on the screenshot below:
The name that appears on your certificate or diploma has now been updated. It is important to note that this will automatically update the name on your account.
