Premium Subscription cancelation

    With Alison Premium, there is no minimum term, so you can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel it, you will still receive the benefits that you have paid for until the end of the current subscription month. 

    You have two ways to cancel your subscription: either through your Profile or by contacting the Alison support team.
    To cancel your Premium subscription through your Alison Account, please follow the instructions below:

    Login to your Alison Account

    • Go to your Account settings

    • Select Cancel Premium Membership

    If you cancel the 1-year Premium subscription, you won't be charged for future months. However, Alison will keep the fee for each month you've used until the cancellation date, and you'll pay an amount equivalent to the cost of the Premium Monthly subscription for that period.

    If you cancel your Premium Monthly subscription, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. After that, you will not be charged automatically on your renewal date. Your renewal date is the date that you first subscribed to Premium. You will still receive the benefits of Premium for the remaining period of your billing cycle, ie. until your subscription renewal date. 

    If you would like to resubscribe, you can do so through your Account settings or the Alison Shop after your renewal date.


    For Premium Monthly subscribers, we do not offer refunds for the month you have already paid for. This is as per our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed upon when you signed up for Alison.

    For annual terms, unspent time will be refunded with an adjustment of the fee on the basis of a conversion of the fee from an annual to a monthly subscription. Alison will immediately notify the User of unspent time that will remain on the account and the refund amount when the Premium subscription is cancelled.
