    thank you. from lesson i understand the what manifestation can be seen in person with burnout, and how to manage it. unexplained depression, withdrawal/inattention, easily irritable and decreased social interaction are among others. self awareness, sharing your concerns for families and friends, doing sports are techniques to manage burn out.

    I think that it s critically important for individuals to self monitor. Expecting employers to be responsible for ourselves is unrealistic. Bringing forward concerns for the workplace and how to improve our work environment is our responsibility
