    The Psychological Constructivism is focused in internal cognitive construction (the internal action forces with their schemata) and the Social Constructivism is focused in external cognitive construction (the social pressure for learn using the more experienced people from the culture: parents, teachers, friends etc.) One comes from the internal way (mind) [Psychological Constructivism] to the social environment and another [Social Constructivism] come from the social environment to the mind (internal world). Summarizing, the two ones works with the idea that the learning is made through educational attitudes from meaningful and experienced people who help the learners constructing theirs new knowledgies.
