Basically, when you want to apply the "Behaviourism" concept, you should observe the behavior of people in specific situations, and you shouldn’t base your conclusions with unobservable events that take place in their minds.

Behaviorism is a learning theory, which focuses on the observation of the links that can be observed among overt behaviors and the circumstances that provoke or motivate this one. Nevertheless, teachers must not only rely on student’s behaviors, but on student’s inner changes. " Focusing on behavior is merely looking at one form of learning: outward learning" instead of focusing on inward and outward learning in the students.
