    the point is how to deal with the people around you , cuz they all aren't gonna be so easy , you're gonna face some negative and hard people , so you have to know how to deal with them .

    I found this part very useful but would like to know about various techniques on dealing with those situations mentioned, eg how to break through the barrier of a manager who hardly listens to staff and takes offense too easily when you suggest an improvement for the organisation.
