Termination doesn't always go over so smoothly. Establishing a method or plan will be better accepted.
Hi guys, I cant seem to complete the final topic on Termination of Employment. Does anyone have any idea how to work it? All i see now is a green screen and a GO button which does not work. Thank you in advance for your help!

Retrenchment - An organisation may see the need to reduce the number of employees required for certain tasks. This may the result of some form of organisational attrition such as downsizing or right sizing (a delayering of staff on managerial levels) or as a result of decrease in market share. Redundancy - An organisation may terminate employment when the job they are performing is no longer required due to a change in corporate strategy. This could be because of the introduction of technology, outsourcing of certain tasks, or a change in job design. Retirement - The employee may decide to leave the organisation and not seek full time employment again. Resignation - The employee leaves the organisation voluntarily and would normally seek some other form of employment. Also the organisation may offer a VDP (Voluntary Departure Package) to the employee and ask him/her to leave the organisation voluntarily. Dismissal - The organisation requires the employee to leave the organisation as a result of some misdemeanor, observed poor performance, or for some other legitimate or legal reason. Death or Disability - The employee is no longer able to work full time for the organisation. The disabled person or next of kin would seek some form of compensation if the cause of the death or disability was work related.
Retrenchment, Redundancy, Retirement, Resignation, Dismissal, and Death or disability are as important as part for companies and organizations because Retrenchment; designed of save money. Redundancy; when the company difficult to run all the tasks, it need to redundant some employees. Retirement; is the company’s service for its employee who had work in the company. Resignation; it gives more benefit to the company, its can recruit another suitable employee. Dismissal; when some employee’s attitude or characteristic are dangerous for the hole company, kick out from it. Death or disability; it more effective the behind of the employees who work in the company and kind of the company’s services.
These are ways in which an employee or employees job can be terminated.
Whatever it is that may cause the employee to become terminated, may it be redundancy, dismal etc the HR manager role is to make sure that the employees is clear on the reason and is satisfied on the concluded decision
An employee/s termination of employment within an organization can come about through these various causes, that is, retrenchment, redundancy, retirement, resignation, dismissal, death or disability
