    Viewing each of these phrases, I noticed there are problems one will encounter.I was just wondering is there an exception to the rule with any of the afore -mentioned phrases that one will not encounter if fully prepared.

    Does the four phrase growth model go beyond the four phrase growth model or is this something written in stone?

    From phase 2, its starting to get challenging, on solving problems for example, new products get always some issue at some point, often from the line production. This could be a major problem to introduce a new product to the market, in competition with the other brands, so that why phase 2, I think is an important & crucial moment for the new product. This bring us straight to the phase 3, guaranteing quality production, at this point you need to be sure that your partner production can cope under pressure, and being fast & efficient. Phase 4, how to growth your company, develop new product, without making competition between them. Tough! Maybe at first, this new product, can be also a new product in the range, that completes the older product... maybe at first could be a good solution...maybe ;-))

    The four phase is encompassing. Maintaining and expanding market share will go a long way to promote business growth.

    Phase 3- Personnel need to be well trained to be able to get their best in handling the product to the consumers in the market.
