    Employee relations is all about relationships that exists between an employee and the organisation. Things that interest most of employees on and after joining a new organisation are the job we do and the money paid for doing it . Employee relations division discause intensily with the prospective employee on policy formulation in relation to working conditions such as working hours, leave and holiday entitlements . whenever conflicts arises within the organisation ,such matters are well handled due to a smooth relationship that has been established between the two sides.
