What is meant by Asset ratio in general?
What is meant by asset?
What is the difference between current asset and current liabilities?
What is the difference between between quick asset ratio and acid test ratio?
this isn't explained properly. Asset Ratio measures the companies ability to pay off its short term obligations with its most liquid assets (which would be assets you can easily turn into cash ). It measures out the dollar amount readily available to the company to pay off each dollar of liabilities. So a ratio of 1.07 means for each $1 of liability they have $1.07 of liquid assets so therefore the company can meet their short term obligation.
that's right
