hey guys I'm here with a recent securityupdate from zoom going forward any ofyour previously scheduled meetingsincluding your personal meeting IDs willhave passwords enabled if your attendeesare joining via a meeting link therewill be no change to their currentjoining process for your guests that arejoining manuallywe highly recommend reesh airing theinvitation link before your work weekbegins and here's a quick how-to on howto get startedstarting with the zoom client head tothe meetings icon under the meetingssection you will find all of yourpreviously scheduled meetings selectingone you will notice that the invitationhas now changed and includes passwordsall you need to do here is copy theinvitation and send out via email or anycalendar integration that you have bydoing this you will now share thepassword with all of your meetingattendees for your attendees who joinmeetings by manually entering a meetingID they will now be prompted to enter apassword to gain entry the second way torescind your invitation is heading tothe zoom portal from there click themeetings tab locate any upcoming meetingfrom here you can replace it with theold meeting ID or simply email itdirectly to your participants
