thatallows administrators on the account toview information ranging from overallusage to live in meeting data this datacan be used to analyze issues that mayhave occurred as well as betterunderstand how users are holdingmeetings within your company I'm goingto share my screen with you and give youan overview of what it looks like nowwe're going to do two things I'm gonnago from left to right as well as go downthe page as you see at the top here youhave dashboard your meetings yet zoomroom CRC webinars I am download and zoomphone these are areas that you can lookinto to understand the users on yournetwork one of the first things you'llsee before going any further is the daterange now this is the default date rangethat it came upon when I opened it upbut you'll also see here that you havedefault date ranges that you can chooseor you can use a custom range to makeone of your own just depends on how youwant to consume the data as we go downyou'll see that you can actually look atyour top ten users and you can sortthose by either by meetings or meetingminutes or I am sent messages or I amreceive messages you'll posts all ifyou're looking here you'll alsorecognize these zeros or these arrowsthat will allow you to actually downloadthe information into CSV files so thatyou can consume and look at later you'llalso see as we go down you'll see thetop ten locations by either meetingminutes or maybe participants or beingdisciplines and I am participants andagain you can download that informationas well meeting here to date trend againanother customizable date range and downhere you'll actually see devices bymeetings and here's a great thing whenyou look at it by Muse and device as youcan see any some of these devices areMac some of them are Windowsthey have in this case they have a muchlarger percentage than any of the otherdevices could help you with trendinginformation how you're going to roll outzoom video in the future just by lookingat what you're using givenpermission let's say you want to goinside of a meeting and become one ofthe assistants rightyou can join live as insistence hereassistant here obviously if you getpermission there go in and you could dothat on many occasions depending onwhat's needed right does the person needyou to understandproblems with the call ortroubleshooting or anything you canactually come in here and work and asyou can see you can actually go intoindividual users and even go furtherdeeper more granular into the call youknow the audio stats video screensharing and CPU usage okay now we'regonna go back up to meetings and thenlook at your past meetings let's say youhave a past meeting that no one reallyknows the meeting ID well you're in luckbecause if you don't know the meeting IDyou can also look by email and usernamewhich are always extremely helpful andagain you'll still get the same type ofinformation that you get on the livecall you'll be able to go to the meetingID to click on it understand who was inthe meeting and then find out wherethey're from what type of call probablyare connected and so forthnow you can also look in the zoom roomsyou want to understand your zoom roomsand how they're being connected you cansee the health of the call you can lookat and understand what what the versionsoftware is if they're using a cameraspeaker and you can also see the lasttime they were we're going to call nowone of the great things that we havecoming up which is new is zoom phone notonly can you look at the zoom phonestatistics but you can actually look atthe moss scores here you can see if atthe total call legs you've got the masscores the device's The Voice Kodak ISPNetwork now as you go further down thepage you'll also see the duration of thecalls where they were internal callswithin the direction of the call so thatin a nutshell is the zoom dashboard foryour approval again if you want to lookat this further make sure to contactyour zoom professional in the future
