    youhi everyone its bear from zoom herewanted to briefly review how you canschedule your zoo meetings directly fromGmail using your Google Chrome orFirefox web browser if you haven'talready had the opportunity to sign upfor your free account please make sureyou do that and download the Xoomsoftware we review that in my firstvideo from here I will walk you throughagain just in case you didn't alreadyhave the opportunity to download youwill want to head over to zoom us slashdownload to get the Chrome extension orFirefox add-inthis will allow you to download thattheir software and install it on yourmachine once you have that you'll see alittle web widget next to your browserbar please make sure you click on thatand then sign in to your gmail accountdirectly once you sign in this expandedview will not only allow you to schedulea meeting from the future or start aninstant meeting but there's also a gearicon but allows you to customize some ofthe settings for a better userexperience you'll see options liketurning the host video on or off bydefault and recommending that yourparticipants join with their camera onor off as well and you'll see additionaloptions down here such as enabling joinbefore hosts which lets the peopleyou've invited into your meeting a fewminutes before you join and even allowsyou to mute participants upon entrywhich i think is really helpful if youhave a large group at the very bottomyou'll see the allow me to specifyoptions each time if you check this boxyou actually will get a pop up everytime you go to schedule a meeting formore customization if you uncheck thisbox this will be a kind of set it andforget itsettings experience clicking on save thechanges will put that into action nowwhen you're ready to schedule themeeting you can do this againimmediately from the blue buttonclicking this will give you a pop-upwindow where you can customize the datetime and duration you'll see thelocation field is a link to the meetingbecause this is actually happening onthe web and you'll see the rest of thejoint information below of course youcanand click this link or dial in let meget back this up one step the add gueststreat this like any other invitation yousend out add your friends emails addyour co-workers emails here to get themto join the meeting as well now I wantto show you if you do it directly fromGoogle Calendar you can select your dateand time and double click on that spaceto make it a zoom meeting when you clickmake it a zoom meeting from yourcalendar you're gonna get the exact samepop-up window where you can add a titleto the meeting make it a zoom meetingwith the blue button and then you'll seethe pop up to customize the event aswell from here same invitation that wejust saw adding your guests email andthen clicking Save to send this out toyour guests I hope this video washelpful please reach out to us atsupport zoom at us if you have any otherquestions about how to get going withscheduling from Google Calendar thanksso much for your time hope you enjoyusing Zune
