Set in Order is fundamentally the process of re-arranging the work area so that equipment, tools, and materials are placed at the application point, at the most appropriate distance with all visual label controls in place so as to make misfit items quickly noticed. 
During this phase, one will visit the designated area and order items such as equipment, tools, and supplies at the application point and label them so anyone can understand which area is designated for which of the items.
 
In order to complete 2S, you may need the following materials:

• Trash barrel signs 
• Tool shadow tape 
• Pegboards and hooks
