In this module, you will learn about the concept of the Romantic Orientalism that emerged in the works of the Romantic authors. You will see evidence of interest in the East by the Romantics. You will also see how they have stereotyped the cultural 'Other,' betraying cultural anxiety about a perceived threat from the East.
