    Vivienne Seymour Spain This is a really informative and explicit course, particularly as it shows you the correct ways in which to perform yoga correctly. It also advises when and how to breath correctly when doing the various poses. The only drawback for me, being a novice, is I did not know how to spell some of the names correctly and therefore got one of the assessment questions wrong.
