    Renee D United States of America This course has some outlines that I have had training in years ago. It is nice to refresh some outlines of Customer Service importance. As, for me as a customer going into a store and being ignored, or seems like they are bothered I asked a question is not good customer service. If I asked them I don't know. But, maybe you will get one employee stop what they are doing to look up where and item is or how that item will work for what you want. I leave frustrated sometimes not getting customer attention. Especially on the phone when transferred 4 x's and no answer. I called back the fifth asked for a manager and put on hold 20 minutes called back they transferred me and person picked up phone and hung up. 2015-05-18 06:05:45
