How did you learn about Alison?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I came across an Alison post on Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n

What was your first course on Alison, and why did you choose it?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

My first course with Alison was on <\/span>Conflict Management<\/span><\/a>. The reason I chose this was because I am heading up an institution with 200 staff so I think it necessary to have skills in conflict management. This allows me to help my institution to deliver on expectations and to deliver services to the people we serve.<\/span><\/p>\n

How have Alison courses affected your career?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The course gave me a new insight on how to respond to conflicts both at home and in the workplace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite way to relax from studying?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I play football or go for a long run.<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to continue learning with Alison and, after my tenure in office, I want to work as an Alternative Dispute Resolution coordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n
