“<\/span>My name is Alieb Badara Sesay, born and raised in Sierra Leone. I’m 37 years old. My education is in Accounting. I have a BSc in Accounting and Finance, a Diploma in Financial Management and an MBA in Finance. I also have achieved 5 Diplomas and 7 Certificates with Alison.”<\/span><\/p>\n

How did you learn about Alison?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I came to know about Alison through a friend who was already pursuing an Alison course.<\/span><\/p>\n

What was your first course on Alison, and why did you choose it?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

My first course with Alison was a Certificate in <\/span>Health and Safety Management<\/span><\/a>. I decided to start with this course as a result of my job at the time as a General Manager with Safeway Mining and Oil Investment Co.<\/span><\/p>\n

How have Alison courses affected your career?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Alison courses have helped me greatly by improving my knowledge in <\/span>Business Management<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Financial Management <\/span><\/a>and even increased my skills in undertaking audit proceedings and in working with the latest <\/span>ISO 9001:2015 standards<\/span><\/a>.<\/span> I feel relaxed with the self-pacing and distance-learning of the Alison platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where are you working now?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m currently self-employed with my private businesses. I’m also the Chairman of a community based organisation called TYNFD-SL.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s next for you, in terms of education or work?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m looking out for any opportunity that I can make use of in order to continue improving the abilities, skills and techniques that I have acquired already on my educational path. I’m going to continue my education with Alison courses at my own convenience.<\/span><\/p>\n

They believe that education, more than anything else, has the power to change lives and can ripple far beyond the individual learner to family and coworkers, even to nations.
