Modjadji, tell us a bit about yourself and your background.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am Professor Bishop Modjadji Scholastica Letsoalo. I am based in Tzaneen, Limpopo in South Africa. I am the founder of the Faith Church Of All Nations and I am the rector of the Faith Church Of All Nations Trinity Centre. I am a board member of the Trinity International Bible University. I am also the author of six books and a gospel artist with four albums. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Masters of Philosophy in Counselling.<\/span><\/p>\n

How did you learn that Alison was looking for translators for its coronavirus course?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I received the invitation through an email.<\/span><\/p>\n

What was your experience of Alison before volunteering to translate? Had you studied with Alison before?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I have studied several courses with Alison. I have obtained, among others, certificates in <\/span>Coronavirus \u2013 What you need to know<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Motivating Students to Learn<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Stress Management<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>HIV\/AIDS Awareness & Prevention<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Mental Health Studies<\/span><\/a>. I have obtained Diplomas in Social Work Studies, <\/span>Psychology<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Educational Psychology<\/span><\/a>. Since I started to study with Alison, I have found that the service and the experience is good<\/span><\/p>\n

Why did you offer to translate our coronavirus course?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Volunteering is my life because volunteering is something which is pleasing to God. I am a full time Pastor, so I take it as my calling to help others.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is it important that everyone has access to important information on coronavirus?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

People perish because of a lack of knowledge. Some people are illiterate, while others only speak their native language and lack an understanding of English.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell us a little about your method when translating.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I worked through Google Translate and by consulting Sotho Teachers and comparing with a Sotho dictionary. Besides Sotho is my native language.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is free learning so important and why is it important to translate it into many languages?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Free learning is important for those who wish to study but lack the finance. During these times, free learning guarantees that information reaches all people so that no one will perish because of a lack of knowledge. Translating also benefits those who have the passion for helping and volunteering.<\/span><\/p>\n

What would you say to people who might be interested in translating for Alison?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Let love lead. It is good to help others by volunteering and not expecting anything in return. God is the Rewarder.<\/span><\/p>\n
