Translation
At the ribosome the base [1] sequence of codons [2] of the mRNA is
translated into the string of amino acids [3] which will ultimately form a
protein. The cytoplasm contains millions of amino acid molecules. Transfer
RNA (tRNA) [4] molecules are single strands of looped RNA. They 'collect'
amino acids and transfer them to the mRNA on the ribosomes.
