Co-dominance

When both alleles [1] in a heterozygote for that characteristic are
dominant, [2] each allele of the gene is fully expressed.

Example: Roan cattle colour is due to the expression of alleles for white
hairs an for red hairs. Both red hairs and white hairs grow giving the roan
appearance.
