Mick Kenny - Training Supervisor, Breakthrough UK - England My work as an IT Training Supervisor has been greatly assisted since I discovered ALISON. The organization I work for supports disabled people who who want to return to work or enter employment for the first time. Where a person asks for support in training she/he will be referred to one of our training sites, IT being my department. We hope to register all four trainers as teachers for the group we have set up. ALISON staff have been excellent in assisting me to set the group up and have been rapid with replies to my queries. Myself and another trainer have already qualified in the ECDL and we recommend ALISON to anyone thinking about studying for it. The online course is very easy to use and understand and will prepare anyone, regardless of previous IT experience, for the ECDL tests.
