Ian Johnson - Trainer - FlybeFlybe first used Advance learning's ECDL product to address the growing demand for specific Microsoft product learning needs within the business. Initially, this accounted for approximately a dozen staff but has seen take up into the 30's. Feedback from those using the product has been positive and has met the needs of those who first raised the requirement. The flexibility of access the product over the web has proved popular. Flybe's initial taster of the product has been positive and Flybe is now reviewing wider use of the product.
