Tsinghua University Online Marketing Competition Prize Winners Announced

The CEO of ALISON, Mike Feerick was delighted to award first prize in the ALISON Online Marketing Competition to Team 6 led by Wang Xiaobo and ably supported by Yang Tianwei and Tang Xiaoyan. The team’s clear analysis and presentation of search engine strategies relating to the market launch of ALISON in the Chinese market was recognized. Only one point behind in the final marking was Team 1 led by Luo Yuanhang, ably supported by Fang Lve, Wang Ruijuan, Li Yingzhi and Xue Qingfei. The overall quality of the presentations was applauded, as were the excellent proposals relating to the Google Adwords strategy and overall translation strategies to Mandarin Chinese across the site. In third place, Team 2 was recognized for consistently high scores across the competition which was rated on originality of marketing ideas, practicality and usability of suggestions, overall presentation, advertising strategy and translation. Team 2 was led by Hua Xin and supported by Liu Liang, Ruan Nan, Yu Xi, Wang Jing and Huang Lijun.
The administrator of the competition at Tsinghua University from the school of Economics and Management, Mr. James Eyre, was congratulated for the outstanding quality of the presentations and was commended for the efficient presentation and execution of the competition. A select number of outstanding students from the competition have been asked by the ALISON market development team to work with it as ALISON grows in China as both an English language learning tool and as a free resource for workplace training and skills.
