Role Responsibilities

Lead Revenue and Sales function for a leading international e-learning service with over 250,000 registered learners in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. This role is a top-tier management opportunity for an experienced Digital/Online Sales Manager. As a key member of the senior team you will be responsible for:

Key business development
Key account management
Team management (several account executives)
Strategic planning
Profit and Loss management
Customer satisfaction
Revenue achievement for the segment
Customer evaluation

You will be a Senior Sales leader in an Online/Digital Media organization possessing the following skills and attributes:

Drive for results
Sales and commercial acumen
Minimum of six years professional experience
High level of motivation
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership ability
Ability to drive and motivate a team
Strong financial acumen

The position is a senior management position reporting to the CEO. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategic development of the business.

Previous experience of a new high-growth/rapidly-expanding business environment will be an advantage as will experience in online publishing or e-learning.
