Role Responsibilities:
Management of the outsourcing of e-learning content development, including multi-subject and multi-language courseware. Lead content production manager for an internationally-focused free e-learning service.
This role is a top-tier management opportunity for an experienced Production Manager. As a key member of the senior team you will be responsible for:
- Outsourced vendor relationships
- Efficient and timely production performance
- Contractual management
- Project management and resource planning
- Strategic planning
- Customer satisfaction
You will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum of six years experience in a similar role

Experience in the e-learning industry is not a prerequisite. Experience in a highly-competitive internationally-focused business is a prerequisite. The position is a senior management position reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will have opportunity to contribute to the overall strategic development of the business.
