Thanks to my completing the Alison course on Introduction to Investment and Taxation and in Aggregate Supply and Demand, I have been able to establish a supermarket in Bujumbura, capital city of Burundi, central Africa. I am really proud of it. It even gave me more courage to go ahead with the ALISON diploma course in business management and enterpreneurship. Much more ambitions are flourishing in my mind for a better future thanks to ALISON free courses.

You won’t believe how the ALISON courses I have done changed my life. I’m a teacher and soon my husband and I will soon start our own business. The Diploma in Business Management & Entrepreneurship and the Fundamentals of Financial Accounting have equipped me with knowledge I have started using in the feasibility study of our business. I encourage people to study ALISON courses. With ALISON, the sky is the limit. Thank you ALISON group.

I am very fortunate to have discovered ALISON because of the wealth of information that is available on the website. It is unusual to find free, quality education. But at ALISON you all are doing a great job at educating people. The courses I took at ALISON have given me the tools to becoming closer to realizing my goal of starting an on-line business. In fact, I am meticulously going through the steps of setting up my online business. I thoroughly enjoy being at ALISON and I will certainly recommend it to my inner circle of friends and family.

As a result of taking the ALISON course "", I have used this information to progress my love of wildlife photography. I started my own business as a pet photographer and have enjoyed taking photographs of every pet that has come my way. More to the point, I have just completed my first book, "The Lake at Forest Lake - A Photographic Journey" which is due to be published shortly. This is a photo book of the lake and its wildlife inhabitants and people visitors. It's a first in this area and I have taken 2 years to complete it. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at ALISON for producing such a great course which has helped me enormously.

Providing a service in rural Ireland that requires a number of staff where training is both time consuming - particularly for travel - and expensive, we as an organisation opted to try out an e-learning approach to the repetitive manual handling training. Staff completed the theory part of the course on line, some staff opted to do this at home in their own time while others completed it during quiet times at work. The practical part of the course was completed on site with a trainer in a half day rather than the often boring full day! Feedback from the course was very positive from all parties and one which we will repeat - the way forward in todays times!!
