What our learners in Pakistan say about ALISON

What our learners in Pakistan say about our courses

Jahanzeb Tareen - Learner from Pakistan

I would like ALISON courses to be free forever because they are a great resource. Accreditation is by no means the yardstick of ability. It's the person himself who matters. Lastly, I would like to appreciate ALISON's endeavors for making education free and accessible.

These are then further divided into 2 factors to establish staff pay structure in ternal and external equity.

Internal equity: the basic pay structure of the company based which is further divided into 2 factors Job Analysis and Job evaluation.

Where as Job evaluation means the value of job to the company its measured by point method which is mostly used in USA and Britain.
Extenal Equity means the pay scale of the company matched by internal and external companies. The companies determind their pay scales in 3 ways.

Keeping a high pay scale in order to get the best qualified person this is called " leading the market" the return cost of the company is also high.

Companies sometimes keep a low pay scale to keep company's cost low this is called " lagging the market".
