ALISON Manager

ALISON provides each SME with an ‘ALISON Manager’ account. This allows a company point-person or training manager to place each trainee within a learning group or class, manage their learning, and track their performance. A trainee’s performance and learning record is therefore always available, and can be viewed from anywhere there is an Internet connection.

ALISON Mentor

ALISON can place each trainee from your company in the care of an ALISON Mentor. The Mentor gets the trainee’s programme started and assists them with every step along the way. The trainee can rest assured that training support is only an e-mail or a telephone call away. The ALISON Mentor reviews each trainee’s learning and performance record each day for the duration of the programme. The mentor offers advice, strategies, and assists with any learning difficulties. The participating company’s point-person will also be kept fully-informed about each trainee’s progress. This is an additional paid for service that is provided upon request only. Note that our courses are self-paced and designed to support independent study.
