Start your own ALISON Training Business
All over the world local training organisations are charging nominal costs for access to their training centres to study on ALISON. The benefit to learners is that they receive personal, one-to-one tutition should they require it, while training 'for free' on ALISON. This is happening particularly where learners are new to using computers or where internet access is locally restricted. With initial training provided in person, learners can gain greater confidence as they first engage with the world of online learning. If you would like to organise groups of learners to study on ALISON, and perhaps hire an IT Training Centre to allow everyone to train together, then you are welcome to charge for the labour and organisational support you provide and use the ALISON learning group manager features. Where affordable, ALISON asks for a 10% royalty on charges as a means of supporting the free learning services provided.

Provide ALISON Certified Learning at your IT Training Centres & Internet Cafes
IT training centres and internet cafés are welcome to use the ALISON Flash-Testing Certification process to formalise learning carried out locally on their premises. As ALISON is about encouraging lifelong learning, we enable co-branding of Certificates and ALISON Graduate Merchandise such as t-shirts and hoodies. Every IT centre can become a Certification Centre for any course published on ALISON. Many ALISON Certified courses are used to prepare students for other like Certifications, for instance, our ABC IT is used worldwide as a prep for the ICDL / ECDL Certification exams. But few other certifications allow the learner to be tested anytime, anywhere, with regard to what they know and what they have learned. If you run or own an internet café, you can download an ALISON poster in your local language at the ALISON Marketing Centre.

Become Self-Employed by Marketing ALISON in your locality
In an experimental programme, ALISON is seeking to appoint a number of local and regional promoters of ALISON free learning, starting with appointments across the UK and USA. If you believe you can attract new learners to the ALISON free learning website from your town, city, county or state, then ALISON may be willing to share with you the additional advertising revenue earned as a result. This position may be of most interest to home-based workers and may even be part-time. We are particularly interested to hear from entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a background in education and some experience in online marketing.
