ALISON offers a Premium Technical Support (PTS) Service, assuring a one-hour response time to telephone queries. This service costs a nominal fee. If your organisation has subscribed to this service, please quote your PTS number clearly at the beginning of your message. If you do not have a PTS number, we encourage learners to contact our support team by email. If your query relates to a specific course, or section of the course, please provide the course name and section in your email. Please also quote your ALISON student ID number, your first name and family name clearly, providing as much detail as possible on the issue, and we will endeavour to respond as speedily as our resources allow. If you must leave a phone message, PLEASE CLEARLY SPELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, otherwise we cannot guarantee a response.
