ALISON intends to pursue an aggressive acquisition and development plan over the next year. The CFO will lead the acquisition team and also aggressively pursue a growth agenda developed in coordination with the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a robust accounting framework for the organization.
• Ensure production of timely and accurate financial management information.
• Control the budgetary process and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare and complete the statutory accounts.
• Manage the group’s ongoing tax compliance and tax planning requirements.
• Co-lead the capital development process.
• Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.

Your background:

• University graduate with a recognized professional qualification (preferably a Chartered Accountant).
• A proven track record in financial management and innovation within the Internet/e-learning sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation and technology skills.
