ALISON is seeking a highly-qualified individual as Technology Director/Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Primary responsibilities:

The primary duty of the CIO will be to oversee the technology development of the ALISON platform. He or she will have a wide range of responsibilities, from developing IT architecture, high-end development, to I.T. administration. As such, the individual must have a similarly wide range of experience in management, systems architecture, development and administration.

Required experience and skills:

• Previous experience as an IT Director or CIO-level position, and have worked in the industry for at least 15 years.
• Demonstrated skills in managing projects of various sizes and technologies as well as in the development of strategic architecture.
• The ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
