The primary duty of the Technology Director/CIO will be to oversee the development of the ALISON technology platform. He or she will have a wide-range of responsibilities, from developing IT architecture, high-end development, to IT administration. As such, the individual must have a similarly wide-range of experience in management, systems architecture, development and administration.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as an IT Director or CIO-level position, and have worked in the industry for at least 15 years
• Demonstrated skills in managing projects of various sizes and technologies, as well as in the development of strategic architecture
• The ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies
