  • In conjunction with company management, develop contracts, pricing and discounts for volume purchases.
  • Maintain the contact database.
  • Keep up-to-date with learning industry trends and ALISON courseware.
  • Communicate customer feedback on curriculum, courseware, or technical problems immediately.
  • Act as the main customer service representative for the NFP channel.
  • Competitor Analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales and Internet and have demonstrated understanding of best practices with Google, MSN and Yahoo.
  • Organisation contacts in the not-for-profit sector: Educational/Governmental/Non-Governmental.
  • A good communicator, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • A team player, willing to work across functions, and help the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use of word processors, spreadsheets, e-mail, presentation, database programs, contact management, broadcast e-mail, and database marketing and e-commerce tools is required. Ability to read, analyse, interpret common projection and tracking reports, budgets, and programme documents along with the ability to communicate in both written and verbal form with executives and individuals at all levels within the industry.
