I believe it's good to recognize your strengths, as well as your limitations. Identifying particular personalty values, good or bad, can be important enough to make a considerable impact on your life, family, and career. The only disadvantage to these psychometric testing methods I can see is that they may have tendency to be unconsciously or consciously manipulated reflecting a desired outcome. Take the brain for example: Because the left and right side of the brain are in themselves two different personalities, how can I be sure of my answers no matter how honest I am? I may perform daily by being analytical and translucent with life, but prefer a more artistic and unconventional lifestyle. Both left & right traits. Even a simple mood swing could affect my general responses on any given day. I believe these questioning/testing methods boarder on physiological profiling more than we know or understand; therefore, how we answer a question could make a huge difference in some situations. However, I'm glade I jumped into the process even though the repetitive questions were designed to identify honesty in my answers. Overall I think the program did well. I understand myself well enough to be a fair judge from its summary review. I'll take some of the outline and apply it wisely while dumping those items that are too contrary. So thank you for the journey Alison even though I'm curious about what you will do with my information on the other side of this screen...
