Psychometrics is the field of study concerned with the theory and technique of educational and psychological measurement. This includes the measurement of knowledge, abilities, attitudes and personality traits. 
The use of the term 'test' when describing psychometrics is slightly misleading - as there are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers per se. Instead, regard the tests as a useful exercise to gain a greater insight into your own character - your personal strengths and areas for development.
We have two tests here for you to try: the SHAPESTM test - considers your personality and competencies, whilst the VIEWSTM test considers your values, motives and interests.
