This module helps managers and supervisors to meet the demands of modern health and safety requirements. Trainees are shown how to establish a safe system of work, undertake risk assessments before commencing work, and use the equipment and systems of work put in place to control risks. This module has a number of interactive sections and visual examples as well as staged assessment of learning. For the UK, the course is aligned with the Health and Safety Executive's Guidance note 'Successful Health and Safety Management (HSG65)'.
