Learning Outcome
On completion of this course you will understand the adversary system, including its strengths and weaknesses. You will gain a good knowledge of the court hierarchy such as systems of appeals, doctrine of precedent, specialised courts and tribunals. You will understand the jury systems composition, empanelling of a jury, role of a jury, strengths, problems and reforms of the jury system. In this course you will gain a good knowledge of civil and criminal procedures including pre-trials, post trials and much more.
