e-skills UK, in partnership with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), has developed ITQ . an IT user training and qualification programme that has been designed by employers and individuals to deliver relevant IT user skills; the skills that equip individuals to be more productive whatever their job role.

ITQ is based on a national framework of skills that covers the core range of everyday IT user skills (14 techniques such as word processing, spreadsheets, database management, security etc.).
