I am delighted that you have chosen to take the online course ‘Get Safe – Work Safe: Workplace Safety and Health for Senior Cycle Students’ from the Health and Safety Authority.
The Authority is delighted to offer this short course as an aid to senior cycle students. The course is tailored to develop your knowledge of workplace safety, health and welfare. We are all responsible for safety and health at some level and the more we understand it the better prepared we are to prevent accidents and ill-health at work.
Our first online course aimed at Principals and Safety Officers, was made available during July and August and this was very successful. Further courses will follow in the coming weeks for teachers of technology subjects, teachers of science subjects, as well as for students in third level construction-related programmes.
