    Negative- 'Pollution' French comitee trying to purify their language, from being diluted with english words.English speakers, easy for business 25% Population primary english speakers. the other 5 bil have to learn two or three langs to transverse without translator.
    Pos and Neg impact not felt for everyone, one region may balance another. Wealth,Level of development, culture, env. differences will influence the impact of the phenomena.
